We've been hard at work on some great new features and updates over the last month, designed to make life easier for you. From a one-click event renewal feature, a powerful new API for Reserved Entries, updates to our free Email Marketing tool, and a whole lot more.

Renew your events in seconds 🏎️

You can now renew your events for the following year with just one click. Update the event name, set a new date, and all the necessary details will be carried over. This feature ensures that your events are always up-to-date with minimal effort, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional experiences.


Free Email Marketing 📧

We've added a whole host of updates to our free email marketing tool, designed to improve usability and increase speed:

  • Email Previews In-Dashboard: you can now view your campaign content with a glance, by hovering over the preview icon on each campaign.

  • Improved email performance stats: Now you can view sends alongside deliveries, so that you can understand your bounce-rate and see a live update of sends as they go out.

  • UI and navigation improvements: We’ve made various changes to the usability of the campaign builder - like adding clickable steps - so you can now navigate through your builds with ease.

  • Device preview: check out exactly what your email looks like on both mobile and desktop/laptop.

  • Audience infrastructure: the audience builder is now powered by a whole new infrastructure, ensuring that your audiences align with reports you generate elsewhere in the dashboard.

Introducing: the Reserved Entry API 👩‍💻

Revolutionise your data management and operational efficiency with our Reserved Entry API. This powerful tool allows you to seamlessly extract key information about reserved entries, enabling you to integrate and automate processes on your end. Easily create, update, and modify entries, while gaining valuable insights into your partners' performance across events. Our API empowers you to make data-driven decisions and streamline your event management workflows.

Other updates and improvements 🛠️

Bulk Buy Discounts

  • Create & Manage Bulk Buy Options: Now you can effortlessly create and manage bulk buy options directly through the dashboard, simplifying the process and giving you more control.

  • Set Up Absolute Values: In addition to percentages, you now have the flexibility to set up absolute values, providing more precise pricing strategies.

Donations

  • Create Charity Donations: Attach charity donations to a partner easily, enabling a seamless way to support charitable causes through your platform.

  • Direct Donations to Charities: The new method allows you to point money directly to charities, ensuring that contributions reach their intended recipients efficiently.

API Improvements

  • Enhanced Security on Tokens: We’ve strengthened the security of our tokens, offering you greater protection and peace of mind.

  • Expanded API Information: Our API now exposes additional information, including partner names and traffic sources, enhancing your ability to analyse and utilise data effectively.

Reporting Updates

  • Take-Home Pay: We’ve made updates to help you understand your take-home pay more easily.

  • New ‘Is Not’ Filters: allowing for more refined data filtering and making it easier to find specific information.

  • Improved Date Pickers: make it simpler to narrow down searches, saving you time and effort.

  • Detailed Registration Information: new features include details like Partner Names, Reserved Entry Names & Charities opted into during registration giving you a more comprehensive view.

  • Expanded Financial Reports: we’ve added new columns and portfolio options to financial reports, offering more detailed and organised data.
