New advanced email builder

Our newly created Email Builder gives you even more customization options for your email creations. Send professional, responsive emails quicker, with no code needed (though you can still add HTML if you’d like). The new builder also automatically adapts emails to mobile, tablet, and desktop. Custom event & reg. flow branding

Create a consistent, professional experience from your website through to the registration flow with custom branding and colour palettes. Apply at organisation level and/or event level, while also extending to email - including customizable button colours, headings, and background details for a fully branded experience.


Smarter email audience segmentation & targeting

Reaching your community just got more powerful with improved segmentation, and targeting, so you can send the right messages to the right people with confidence.

New segmentation fields:

  • Event-based segmentation: target people based on specific events they’ve entered in the past.

  • Race distance-based segmentation: engage people based on past race distances within an event (e.g. 5K, 10K marathon).

  • Demographic-based segmentation: refine targeting with age, gender, and language filters.

Other improvements:

  • Advanced AND/OR filtering: use these new filters to create powerful, flexible queries (e.g. “send to everyone registered for X Event AND/OR Y Event”).

  • Improved audience accuracy: the Email tool now uses the Customer report instead of Registrations report for more precise counts.

  • Full screen audience builder: a cleaner, full-screen experience offers faster audience creation.

  • Seamless campaign integration: save audience segments directly to campaigns to save time.
