We've got some blockbuster releases for you this month: you can now offer flexible payment options to participants, as well as all new Bundles (discounted event & ticket packages).

We've also got a - MUCH quicker - way to build your events, and improved support on understanding Reserved Entries.

More options, more customers with Payment Plans on LDT ๐Ÿคธ

Attract, convert, and retain a wider audience of people with all new flexible payment options, thanks to Payment Plans on LDT.

Set up custom payment plans to offer your customer (choosing the # of payments, and when last payment should be taken), and we'll take care of the rest, automatically sending payment reminders, receipts and retries.

And, unlike Klarna, itโ€™s no additional cost for you to use.

Save time creating pages by copying events ยฉ๏ธ

Save hours of time on your event setup process, and ensure consistency across events with similar structures, thanks to the copy event feature.

You can now replicate the setup of a previous event, including ticket configurations, booking form questions, and sales settings.

๐Ÿ’กTip: if you're looking to re-list the same event (e.g update an event from 2024 to 2025), you're best off using renew event.

Boost your average order value with Bundles ๐ŸŽ

You can now increase the potential value of each registration by showcasing your own custom made Bundles in the registration flow of events.

Promote different events, offer discounts, drive visibility for slow-selling events by combining your different offerings in one convenient package.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: participants who purchase tickets to more than one of your events in the same transaction are approximately 15% more likely to book those events again the following year.

Take control over charity and partner allocations with Reserved Entry reporting ๐Ÿ“’

We've added Reserved Entry Performance to the Reports tool, helping you access and understand detailed info on your Reserved Entries (REs).

With a whole host of metrics like fill rates, invites sent, invite engagement (and much, much more), it's now simple to manage RE capacity for a given event, partner and/or Reserved Entry group.
