Within Learned, it is possible for the Admin to link learning activities to role profiles. By linking activities to your role profile, you get more insight into what topics/activities your employer considers important. The Admin can link the activities to a certain Learning Relevancy Category and indicate through these categories which activities are recommended, optional or mandatory for your role.

Learning activities linked to my current role

When learning activities are linked to your role you will be able to see them on your Career page. On this page you see an overview of the different Learning Relevancy Categories. Within this overview you will see the progress of the activities per category: how far are you in following the activities linked to your role profile? From this overview you can also view which activities are linked to the Learning Relevancy category Recommended, Required or Optional. After clicking on one of these categories, you will see the activities and you can add them to your Learning page.

Learning activities linked to my ambition role

Besides an overview of activities linked to your current role profile, you can also see activities linked to your ambition role on the Career page. This will give you an insight into whether you have already followed certain activities, or which activities you still need to follow in order to get a step closer to your ambition role. You can add the activities linked to your ambition role to your list on the Learning page by clicking on one of the Learning Relevancy categories and add the activities to your list.
