Find the order containing the item(s) you'd like to return and click "View." If the item is eligible for return, a "Return Items" option will appear on the order details page. This will walk you through the return process and let you download a pre-filled return form as a PDF.
Print this form and include it in the box along with the item(s) you're returning.
