Unused Vacation Bible School resources must be postmarked for return by August 24th of the year the VBS was used. Only products in unused condition will be accepted.
To insure the accurate and timely processing of your returned items, please use the Return Items form provided on the back of the packing slip that was included with your order. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note with your church name, Lifeway account number, and a list of the items being returned along with the reason for the return. Pack your items securely and choose a return shipping method that allows for package tracking, such as UPS or insured Parcel Post.
A CD, DVD, or kit/pack with a CD or DVD may not be returned if the media has been opened, except for VBS Sampler packs. This is a standard industry practice because those materials are so easily copied.
Shipping and Processing costs are excluded from credit(s) as well.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Access your Order History in your Lifeway account and print the proof of purchase.
Pack the item securely and include the printed proof of purchase in the package.
Ship the package to the return address listed in Lifeway’s return guidelines.
Once the returns department receives the item, a refund will be processed.
