To what address should I send back returns?

To ensure the accurate and timely processing of your returned items, please use the Return Items form provided on the back of the packing slip that was included with your order. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note with your name, billing information, and a list of the items being returned along with the reason for the return. Alternatively, if you are returning items on behalf of a church or organization, include the church name, Lifeway account number, and a list of the items being returned. Ensure all items are unused, unopened, and still listed in stock on the Lifeway website. For partial returns, highlight the specific items being returned on your packing slip or invoice and retain the items you wish to keep. If you purchased items as a guest, include your receipt or order number along with the list of items being returned. Note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Pack your items securely and choose a return shipping method that allows for package tracking, such as UPS or insured Parcel Post.
