The Lifeway On Demand app offers a comprehensive support system to help you with any issues, questions, or feature requests.
Accessing the Support Feature
Open the App and tap the User Icon in the top-right corner.
In the menu, select Support to be taken to the Support feature landing page.
Navigating the Support Feature
Once you’ve reached the Support page, you’ll see several options to engage with Customer Support or access help:
Messages:
View your previous messages with Customer Support or create a new message to start a fresh conversation.
You can easily pick up where you left off by selecting a past message.
Help:
Access a Knowledge Base of articles that will highlight the different features available in Lifeway On Demand to support your discipleship journey.
Tickets:
This section allows you to view any tickets that were created when you contacted support with a question, issue, or feature request.
Each ticket will include details about your communication and the status of the issue or request.
Recent Message:
Any recent communication you’ve had with Customer Support will be displayed here.
You’ll see a snippet of the last message for quick reference, allowing you to continue the conversation easily.
Ask a Question:
Tap this option to either ask a question to the AI Agent or request to chat with a Customer Support team member.
The AI Agent can help answer common questions or direct you to relevant resources.
Create a Ticket:
Use this option to report a bug or submit a feature request.
A new ticket will be created for the issue, and you’ll be able to track its progress in the Tickets section.
