Solution: Refresh the page, and try the Bulk Reply action again. This feature is in early access and hence might sometimes not capture all comments. If the problem persists, please create a copy and paste the missing comment & contact support on the side.
Quick Checklist
Open the LinkedIn post and load all comments.
Right click and choose Bulk Reply, Select comments
Click Generate x replies, then copy and paste the generated drafts.
Before You Start - Requirements & Access
Bulk Replies is only available in the v2 extension of the LiGo LinkedIn Extension.
The v2 extension is available only to paid LiGo users. For pricing and upgrade options see Pricing Options
You must be signed in to LinkedIn in the same browser where the extension is installed (Otherwise, of course the extension's options won't appear).
Make sure you scroll through the post until all comments you want to reply to are visible. The tool works with the comments that are shown on the page.
This feature generates reply drafts only. It does not post automatically. You copy, edit, and paste each reply into LinkedIn.
Important Note: Each comment that you choose to reply to by clicking Generate replies uses one comment credit. For instance, if your post had 10 unanswered comments, and you chose 3 of them to generate replies to, it would consume 3 comment credits.
How Bulk Replies Works
Bulk Replies reads the comments that are visible on the LinkedIn post page, and then uses our AI to create reply drafts for those comments. The extension keeps the same order as the comments on the page, and it shows the original commenter names beside each generated draft so you can match replies quickly. After generation you copy the reply and paste it into the LinkedIn reply box for that comment.
Step-by-Step: Generate Bulk Replies
Follow these exact steps to generate replies quickly.
Step 1 - Open the LinkedIn post and load all comments
Go to the LinkedIn post where people left comments.
Scroll to the end of the comments list so LinkedIn loads all the replies you want to handle.
If you want replies for nested replies, expand them so they are visible.
Note: Bulk Replies works only on the comments visible on the page. If a comment is not loaded, it will not be included.
Step 2 - Right click & choose Generate replies to AI comments
With the post page open & comments visible, right click anywhere on the page
In the menu choose Bulk Reply - The extension panel will automatically open
Step 3 - Review the comments list shown in the extension
The extension shows each comment it found on the page. You will see the comment text and the original commenter name. By default all comments are selected for reply generation.
Note: Make sure to uncheck any comments that you do not wish to generate replies for. Each selected comment will consume 1 comment credit after you hit the Generate [number] replies button.
Step 4 - Select which comments you want to reply to
If you do not want replies for every comment, uncheck the ones you wish to skip.
Use the checkboxes to control exactly which comments get replies.
Pro tip: Start with a small sample of comments to check tone and accuracy before generating many replies.
Step 5 - Click Generate [number] replies and wait
Click the Generate[number] replies button - The extension will generate draft replies in the same order as the comments.
The first draft will match the first comment shown on the post, the second draft will match the second comment, and so on.
Step 6 - Copy each generated reply and paste into LinkedIn
When generation finishes you will see a list of drafts.
Each draft shows the commenter name to help you match them.
Click Copy next to a draft, paste it into the LinkedIn reply box for the matching comment, edit if needed, then post.
How Reply Order Maps To comments
The order is important and simple. The extension lists comments in the same order they appear on LinkedIn. That means:
Generated Reply 1 -> Visible Comment 1
Generated Reply 2 -> Visible Comment 2
And so on.
The extension also shows commenter names in each generated draft so matching is fast.
Note: If you load more comments after generating replies, the order may change. If that happens, rerun generation.
Best Practices For Using Generated Replies
Read & edit each draft. AI gives you a good start but human review keeps tone right.
Personalize replies when you can. Add the person’s name or a line relevant to the comment.
Keep replies short and on point. Short replies get more engagement.
Avoid posting any private or sensitive data suggested by the AI. Remove anything that should not be public.
Use the feature for timely engagement. Replying fast keeps the conversation active.
Simple Examples
Here are a few short sample reply drafts you might get. Use these only as a guide.
Comment: “This nails the shift perfectly. Ranking alone isn’t enough anymore because being cited in AI answers is what actually drives trust and conversions.”
Sample Reply: “Exactly! In addition, the citation piece is what most are missing. AI answers need sources they can trust, so being that go-to reference becomes everything.”
Comment: “Can you share more details about X?”
Sample Reply: “Sure. I can share a quick summary here, or DM me and I will send a link.”
Comment: “Nailed it, ranking is just table stakes, being cited is the new win.”
Sample Reply: “The data backs it up too - pages that get cited in AI answers see 3x higher click-through rates than traditional snippets. Citation placement is the new prime real estate.”
Troubleshooting - Common Issues & Fixes
Problem: The extension panel is empty after right click.
Fix: Reload the LinkedIn page and try again. Make sure the extension is enabled for the page.
Problem: Not all comments are included.
Fix: Scroll more to load hidden comments, then rerun the generator.
Problem: I have opened my own post but when I right-click, the Bulk Reply option does not appear.
Fix: Refresh the page. It can happen sometimes if our extension fails to read content on the page. Refreshing the page fixes that. If it still does not work. Please copy the Link of the page and share that with our support team via support widget or by emailing us at ligo@ertiqah.org with a description of the issue.
Problem: Generated replies seem off topic.
Fix: We have noted your feedback. If possible, please share with the support team:
Content of the post.
Content of the comment.
The reply LiGo generated for it which you found to be low quality.
We will pass it on to our product team, as it might assist them in the future during quality enhancement of our workflows behind the scenes.
Privacy & Safety Tips
Always review every reply before posting. Do not post anything that reveals private or confidential information.
This tool only generates drafts so you stay in control.
Limits & Known Behaviors
The tool only works on comments that are visible on the page. Load more comments to include more.
Replies are generated in the visible comment order. If the page order changes after generation, the match may shift. You can always refresh the page, right-click and choose Bulk Reply. The comment credits are only used when you hit Generate [number] replies button from inside the sidebar after selecting the comments you want to reply to.
Very long comments may be summarized in their draft reply. If you need detail, edit the draft before posting.
Access & Pricing
Bulk Replies is part of the v2.0 LinkedIn Extension. The v2.0 extension and Bulk Replies are available only to paid LiGo users. To upgrade or check plan details, see our Pricing Options

Common Questions
Q: Does Bulk Replies post replies automatically?
No. Bulk Replies only creates drafts. You copy, edit if needed, and paste each reply into LinkedIn.
Q: Why isn’t the Bulk Reply option showing up for me?
This usually happens when the extension hasn’t fully loaded. The fix is to refresh the page. If you still don’t see the option, the issue may be related to missing permissions or an outdated extension.
Q: What should I do if not all comments are included in the generated replies?
Bulk Replies only works with comments currently visible on the page. Scroll through the full comment thread and expand any nested replies before generating drafts. If comments are still missing, refresh the page and try again. As a workaround, you can always copy/paste the missing comment into the extension and contact support for help.
Q: What happens if new comments appear after I generate replies?
New comments will not be included. Load the new comments and rerun the generator. It only picks up comments which have not yet received a reply from you.
Q: Is Bulk Replies available to free users?
No. Bulk Replies is only available in the v2 extension which is for paid users. If you are on the paid plan and still do not have access to the v2 extension then please request it from support.
Q: Do Bulk Replies consume credits?
Yes. Each comment you choose to generate a reply for uses one comment credit. For example, if you have 10 comments on a post but only select 3 when generating drafts, you’ll use 3 credits.
