This article describes how to manually update your LigoAI Chrome Extension to the latest version.
Google Chrome normally updates installed extensions automatically. However, when you see news about a new extension version and your extension hasn't updated yet, you don't have to wait for Chrome to perform an automatic update – you can manually update instead in 5 seconds!
How to Manually Update
Follow these simple steps:
Enable Developer Mode in the top-right corner
3. Update Now
- Click the Update button that appears in the top-left corner
- Chrome will check for updates and install them immediately
4. Verify Your Version
- You can see your installed version number below the LigoAI extension name
- The latest version should be displayed
Note: The version number you see above is sure to eventually be outdated, as we roll out updates to the extension on a regular basis.
What if the Update Doesn't Work?
If the manual update doesn't install the latest version, try these steps:
Refresh the page - Press F5 or click the refresh icon
Restart Chrome - Close all Chrome windows and reopen
Reinstall the extension - Remove and reinstall from the chrome extension webstore
