How to Create a lo:live Account Step by Step
Step 1. Go to the registration page
Open your browser and go to the correct registration page for your region:

When the page loads, you will see the lo:live sign up form with the message: "You're just 30 secs away from gaining free, unlimited access to 1,000s of experiential spaces to search, plan and book."
Step 2. Fill in your details
Complete all required fields on the sign up form. Every field marked with an asterisk is mandatory and must be completed before you can submit:
First name and Surname — enter your full name as the primary account holder
Business email address — this must be a company domain email address, not a personal address from Gmail, Hotmail, or similar providers. This is where lo:live will send your verification email so make sure it is correct
Business phone number — use the country code dropdown to select your country and enter your number. This helps the lo:live team get in touch with you quickly if needed
Company name — enter your business or brand name as it trades
Company type — select the option from the dropdown that best describes your business. The available options are:

Step 3. Accept the terms of use
Before you can submit the registration form, you will see two checkboxes at the bottom of the page:
I accept the Terms of Use — this checkbox is mandatory. You must tick this box to complete your registration. By accepting the Terms of Use you are agreeing to lo:live's platform rules and policies which govern how the platform is used by all brands, agencies, and space owners
Send me news and offers about lo:live's services, events and more — this checkbox is optional. Tick it if you would like to receive updates from lo:live including new space listings, platform updates, campaign inspiration, and exclusive offers. You can unsubscribe at any time
Step 4. Click Sign up
Once all required fields are completed and the Terms of Use box is ticked, click the green Sign up button at the bottom of the form. lo:live will process your registration immediately and send a verification email to the business email address you provided.
Step 5. Verify your email and access your account
Open your email inbox and look for the verification email from lo:live. When it arrives do the following:

Click the verification link inside the email
You will be automatically logged in to your lo:live account straightaway
