How to Suspend or Unsuspend a User
Lockwell makes it easy to suspend & unsuspend team members as required! When you suspend a user, they are immediately locked out of their Lockwell account on all devices until an admin unsuspends their account.
Simply open the Admin Dashboard and follow the steps below.
Browse to the
Team
page to view all team members in your organization.Click the team member. This will open a drawer containing all details for the user and an option to suspend or unsuspend them.
3. Click the Suspend user
button. The user will immediately be locked out of Lockwell on desktop, mobile, and web apps.
To unsuspend a user, repeat the steps above and click Unsuspend user
