➡️ It is not possible to end a rental at a full station. You will only be able to pause the rental, which means it will remain active.
What to do in case of emergency?
If you are unable to return your bike to another station, you are allowed to leave it at a full station under certain conditions:
The bike must be locked to a rack that is not reserved for the service, and only if all official racks are already occupied. The bike must be secured with the lock properly closed.
Take a photo of the securely locked bike and notify us by email, so we can exempt you from any additional fees or penalties related to improper use.
If these conditions are not met, fees and a non-compliance penalty may be applied.
