🚫 Some stations may be temporarily closed. To avoid any inconvenience, please check the app before returning your bike.
🔒 For your safety and to protect the bike, it is mandatory to lock it properly:
either to a rack at an active station,
or to sturdy street furniture if you're outside a station.
⚠️ If you encounter an issue, do not unlock the bike remotely. This exposes it to theft and could result in charges of up to €200.
🛠️ If you're having trouble returning the bike:
Make sure it is securely locked,
Take a photo as proof, then log out of the app.
