🔴 Red: The bike is out of power, unavailable, or the lock is disconnected from the server.
Please follow the instructions in the article: My bike is not working, or contact customer support to get another bike.
➡️ During your trip:
🔵 Blue: Your trip is ongoing, everything is fine!
🔴 Red: The bike is out of power.
➡️ After your trip:
If you detect a problem with your bike at end of your journey, remember to notify us on
the app.
