To enhance your understanding of the steps before, during, and after your trip, here is some information about the indicator located on the bike frame:
➡️ Before your ride:
🔴 Red: The bike is either out of battery or unavailable. This bike cannot be rented. If it is the last bike available at the station, please contact customer support to report it.
➡️ During your ride:
🔵 Blue: Your ride is in progress — everything is going well!
🔴 Red: The bike is out of battery. Please go to the nearest station with available bikes. End your ride by securely locking the bike to the rack with the handcuff closed, then contact customer support to report the issue before starting a new rental.
➡️ After your ride:
If you notice an issue with your bike at the end of your ride, please report it in the app.
