🪫 If your phone battery is depleted, don't worry. Once your bike is properly docked at the station, your trip will automatically end (indicated by a beep sound as proof of trip completion + blue LED light).
Also, you can switch the app to the power-saving mode by swiping up the raspberry-coloured section at the top of your screen. While this will disable GPS navigation, your trip information, bike battery level, and riding speed will be retained. You can also lock your phone screen to conserve battery, which will not disconnect you from the bike.
⏳ In case of a malfunction, you can pick up another bike after returning the first one. It takes 5 minutes to report the issue on the app and put the bike into maintenance mode, allowing you to take another one immediately.
⏳ If the "trip" lasted more than 5 minutes, you'll need to wait 10 minutes before picking up another bike.
