Why hasn't my stuff been collected?

For most postcodes, you’ll receive an email or text by 6 pm the day before your collection date with a two-hour time slot for your collection. If your driver hasn’t arrived during this timeframe, it may indicate an unexpected delay.

In this case, we advise you to wait between 7am and 6pm for your driver to arrive, as collections generally occur during this timeframe. If your collection falls on a weekend, please note that collections generally do not take place on Saturdays or Sundays. Any delays may result from this scheduling restriction.

If your driver hasn’t arrived after 7pm, just email our team and they’ll be able to look into it for you. Ensure that your boxes are ready for collection and easily accessible to the driver to avoid any delays. Additionally, you do not need to be personally present during the collection as someone else can oversee this on your behalf. You can also reschedule uncollected items for free by contacting LOVESPACE customer service directly.
