Once your By-the-box Storage collection has been made, our friendly driver will deliver your stuff to our storage facility once they have completed their route for the day.
After that, the items' status will update to ‘With LOVESPACE’ within 1 working day of your collection date.
If your collection was on a Friday or Saturday, you may have to wait until the end of the working day on Monday for the status to update.
