Adjust rewards or points

Learn how to assign points to your most loyal customers to strengthen their engagement and reward their loyalty.

Introduction

Discover how to reward members of your loyalty program even more easily.
This section will guide you step-by-step through the new feature that allows you to add points or rewards to a user.


Choosing Your Customer

To get started, go to the Users tab to access your entire customer list. Search for the desired profile, then click View to open the detailed customer record.

At the top right of the customer record, you can add a reward or manually adjust the number of points assigned.

Adding a Reward

At the top left, click Add a Reward. You will then have the choice to:

  • Create a new reward

  • Assign an existing reward

New Reward:

At this stage, you can set up your rewards to offer a personalized reward to a specific customer.

You can choose from several types of rewards to offer:

  • Product: Buy X, get Y

  • Product

  • Gift voucher

  • Promo code

  • Free shipping

Existing Reward:

Here, you can simply select an existing reward that you have already published on your site.

Points are not deducted automatically. If you decide to assign an existing reward, you will need to do it manually.

The unlocked reward email is not sent in this case

Adjusting Points

When you click on the Adjust Points tab, you can add the number of points you want to assign to your customer.
