Introduction
In this section, we will explore the controllers that help you create more accurate and effective customer journeys.
Two controllers are available:
Yes / No Condition
Delay
Yes / No Condition
You can add a controller to your automation and set filters to determine its behavior based on the selected criteria.
This allows you to personalize the flow of your automation and create scenarios tailored to different customer profiles or behaviors.
If the customer meets the condition, a specific action will be triggered.
If the customer does not meet the condition, another action can be executed.
Deleting Conditions
When setting up the condition, you have the option to delete:
Both conditions (the one corresponding to the "Yes" situation and the one corresponding to the "No" situation)
A single condition: either the "Yes" condition or the "No" condition

Delay
You can add a delay allowing you to control when each action in your automation should be triggered.
This feature is useful for spreading actions over time.
You can set a delay in:
Hours
Minutes
Days, depending on your needs
