You can activate automations based on the “Referral completed by referrer” trigger, which will allow you to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.

Reward Your Customers Based on the Number of Referrals

  • Select "Referral Completed by the Referrer" as the automation trigger.

  • Add a Yes / No condition

  • If the customer has made 2 referrals, give 100 points

  • If the customer has made 4 referrals, give 120 points

  • If the customer has made 6 referrals, give 160 points
