Introduction

In this article, you'll find out how to create and set up a "Shop in shop" mission.

This classic mission allows users to quickly earn points that they can then exchange for rewards.


Why activate this mission?

Asking your customers to make in-store purchases to earn loyalty points is designed to maximise interaction and satisfaction while strengthening the relationship between you and your customers.

What are the benefits?

  1. Encouraging in-store visits encourages your customers to physically visit the shops, which can increase the likelihood of impulse purchases, thus increasing sales opportunities.

  2. Adding Shopify POS integration allows you to integrate the loyalty programme directly, making it easier for loyalty points to be awarded automatically when your customers make a purchase.

Create the mission

Go to the Missions area, where you can create and modify your missions. By clicking on "Create a mission", you will have access to the library of missions and to the "Make a purchase in shop" mission.

Here is an overview of the task to be carried out for users:


Setting up the mission

Once you've clicked Create, you can set up the mission.

  • Name the mission

Tell your customer to "Make an in-store purchase" as in the example above.

  • The points

We've established a default standard based on the level of commitment the mission requires from your customers. The aim here is to make the mission attractive to your customers. The appeal lies in the right adjustment of the points you decide to award.

  • Icon

We suggest you import an image or logo that is representative of your brand.

  • Apply to a list of users

You can link your mission to lists or VIP levels.

You can then Save and Exit to leave your mission as a draft or Activate to publish your mission, which will then be available in your programme.

Checking the mission

Once the mission has been completed, it is automatically checked by our algorithms (if you have Shopify POS integration).

If you don't have Shopify POS, ask your customers to send you a screenshot of their receipt to validate the mission. You will then need to validate the mission in the content/moderation section.

Can I add the same mission several times?

Yes, the "make a purchase in the shop" mission can be added several times.
