How do I add or remove contacts on my Lugg?

Add or remove contacts on your Lugg during booking or after — they'll receive a live tracking link and ETA updates so everyone stays in the loop.

You can add contacts to your Lugg at any point — during booking or after you've already scheduled. There's no limit to the number of contacts you can add. Anyone you add will receive a live tracking link and ETA updates, so they can follow along without needing the Lugg app or an account.

How to add contacts during booking

On the What are you moving? screen, tap Add additional contacts. Enter a phone number or select someone from your contact list, then tap Done.

How to add contacts after booking

Open the Lugg app or website and tap your scheduled Lugg from the homescreen — or tap your profile icon → My Luggs → select the Lugg. Scroll down and tap Add additional contacts, enter a phone number or select from your contacts, then tap Update.

Can I remove a contact?

Yes — you can remove a contact at any time before your Luggers are dispatched.

What do contacts receive?

Any contact you add will get a live tracking link and ETA updates via text, so they know exactly when to expect the crew.

When to add a contact

Adding a contact is helpful when someone else needs to be at the pickup or drop-off location — like a roommate, property manager, or family member.
