How to create your LumaDock account

Learn how to create your LumaDock account during checkout and manage profile, billing, and dashboard settings.

There are two ways to create a LumaDock account.

You can create an account automatically during checkout when ordering your first VPS or you can create a free account manually before placing an order.

Both options give you access to the client area where you manage servers, billing, and account settings.

Method 1 - Create your account during checkout

This is the most common option. Your account is created as part of ordering your first VPS or service. There is no separate registration page in this flow.



Step 1 - Choose a VPS and start your order

On the main page scroll down until you see the available VPS categories:

Select a category, choose a product that fits your needs, and click Order Now to add it to your cart:

You will be taken to the configuration screen.



Step 2 - Configure your VPS

Customize the service before checkout. This usually includes:

  • Selecting a payment plan:

  • Choosing a server location close to your users:

  • Picking an operating system or template:


Have a promo code?

If you have a discount code click Have a promo code?

enter the code, and select Apply:

Once configuration is complete press Checkout.



Step 3 - Enter your account information

During the Review & Checkout step fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk (*). These details are used to create your LumaDock account.

You will be asked for:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Username

  • Password

You will also enter your payment details at this stage.

Review your VPS configuration and order summary.

After accepting the order terms press Checkout to submit the order:

Submitting this form completes your purchase and creates your LumaDock account at the same time.



​Method 2 - Create a free account manually

If you want to explore the client area before ordering you can create a free account first. This option does not require payment details.



Step 1 - Open the account creation page

On the main page click the Login button:

This opens the login window.

Select Create a new account to open the registration page:


Step 2 - Register your account

On the Register page fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*).

You will be asked to enter your name, email address, billing address, preferred currency and password.

After agreeing to the Terms of Service press Register to create your account:

No payment details are required when creating a free account.



Step 3 - Log in to the client area

After creating your account using either method you can log in from the main page using the Login button.

Once logged in you can manage your profile, billing details and VPS instances from the client area.
