If you need to switch your billing cycle for an existing VPS or service, you can do it directly from the LumaDock client area. The process is quick and doesn’t require support intervention.
Important: When you change the billing cycle, your current billing period remains unchanged. The new billing cycle will automatically start after your current cycle expires (for example, at the end of your current monthly, quarterly, or yearly term).
Change the billing cycle from the client area
Start by signing in to your LumaDock account. Once logged in, open the client area where all your active services are listed.
From the services list, locate the product you want to update. Click Manage to open its service details page.
Step 1 – Open the billing cycle option
On the service management page, click Change billing cycle. This option is available for services that support multiple billing periods.
Step 2 – Select the new billing cycle
Choose the billing cycle you want to switch to. The available options depend on the product and current promotion rules.
Step 3 – Confirm the change
Review the billing details shown on screen, then confirm the change. The new billing cycle takes effect immediately after confirmation.
That’s it. Your service keeps running without interruption, and future invoices will follow the new billing cycle you selected.
