How billing works at LumaDock

Understand prepaid billing cycles, renewals, refunds and how payments work for LumaDock VPS plans.

LumaDock uses a simple prepaid billing model. You always pay for the upcoming billing period before your VPS continues to run.

This keeps pricing predictable and avoids surprise charges.

All billing rules apply the same way across all VPS plans and billing cycles offered by LumaDock.

Prepaid billing explained

When you place an order or when a renewal date approaches, the invoice covers the next billing period in advance.

If the invoice is paid on time, your VPS stays active with no interruption.

If the invoice is not paid by the due date, the service is suspended and may later be terminated if payment is not completed.

Available billing cycles

You can choose between the following billing cycles when ordering a VPS:

  • Monthly

  • Semi-annual

  • Annual

Annual billing provides savings of up to 40 percent compared to paying month to month.

All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee so you can test the service without long-term risk.

Automatic renewals

All VPS services renew automatically by default.

An invoice is generated before the renewal date and must be paid to keep the service active.

If you no longer need the VPS, make sure to cancel the service before the due date to prevent renewal charges.

Cancel anytime policy

You can cancel your VPS at any time from the control panel.

Canceling stops future renewals but does not issue an automatic refund for the current billing period unless the request falls within the 30-day money-back window.

Your server remains available until the end of the paid period unless you choose to terminate it earlier.

If you forgot to mention a refund request in your initial message, open a support ticket immediately and include all relevant details.
