LumaDock services are prepaid and renew automatically until you cancel them. Each invoice pays for the next billing period.
Billing cycles and renewals
You choose a monthly, semi-annual or annual billing cycle when you order. Longer billing cycles cost less per month.
You can switch to another billing cycle later, as shown in How to change your billing cycle. We give at least 30 days' notice before a recurring price changes.
The renewal invoice appears in the client area 14 days before the due date. If you have a saved payment method, it is charged on the due date. If you don't, pay the invoice yourself before the due date. You can save a payment method under Financial > Payment Methods.

Canceling a service
A service stops renewing once you cancel it. On the server's page, click Request Cancellation under Actions and choose when the server stops: Immediate or End of Billing Period. The steps are in Canceling your VPS service.
If the server is covered by the money-back guarantee, you can ask for a refund in the same form. Who is covered is explained in How to request a refund.
