The Lead Capture page is your command center for new leads. A lead is any contact with the Lead label. This page shows how many leads you have, where they came from, and when they arrive — plus a live list of every lead.

At the top, choose a date range (7 days, 14 days, 30 days, or All), pick a Timezone, and use the source tabs (All sources, Website Widget, Manual Entry, Inbound Voice, Inbound SMS) to focus on one channel. Three cards summarize the range: Active Leads (contacts with the Lead label, all time), Peak Day (busiest day in the range), and Avg Lead Score (quality across all leads).

Unique leads over time plots lead volume for the range (toggle Day or Week). By day of week, Peak times, and Busiest window show when leads tend to arrive, so you know when to be ready to follow up.
Sources: where your leads come from
Each source card shows its Active Leads and Leads Generated. Turn on or use each channel:
Website Widget — click Manage widgets to build an embeddable widget for your site. Manual Entry — Upload CSV to import a list, or New Contact to add one by hand. Inbound Voice — creates or updates leads from inbound calls. Inbound SMS — creates or updates leads from inbound texts. Facebook DMs, Instagram DMs, Facebook Lead Ads, and Instagram Lead Ads are coming soon.
Your leads list
Below the sources, the Leads list holds every contact with the Lead label. Use Search and Filter to find a specific lead. When you have no leads yet, this area stays empty.
Tips
Use the source tabs to compare which channels bring the best leads. Watch Avg Lead Score for quality, not just volume. If you're just starting, set up a Website Widget or use Manual Entry to get your first leads flowing, then check back here to see them appear.
