It's essential to note that deleting your account will permanently remove all information and certificates associated with it. Therefore, if you have any completed CPD or CPE certificates, please be sure to download them before deleting your account. Once your account is deleted, there will be no way to recover your certificates or any other information stored on your account. It's crucial to take this step only if you are sure that you no longer need your account.
Delete Your Account
If you would like to proceed with deleting your account, you can do so through our mobile app. To initiate the process, you will need to log in to your account on the app and then proceed to your "Profile" section. Once there, scroll down to the very bottom of the page, where you will find a button in red that says "Delete Account." Clicking on this button will start the account deletion process.
