If the reset or verification email does not arrive

  • Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and filtered folders.

  • Search the mailbox for messages from Purple Cow.

  • Confirm that the address was entered correctly.

  • Wait briefly, then request one new message. Use the newest link because older links may expire.

  • Ask your company email administrator whether automated messages are blocked.

Common sign-in problems

  • Email already registered: use Sign In instead of creating another account.

  • Wrong account type: sign in first; contact Support if the existing role needs review.

  • Page keeps loading: refresh once, then try a private window or another supported browser.

  • Google login opens the wrong account: sign out of the unrelated Google account or choose the correct one.

If sign-in says temporarily locked or too many attempts

Read the exact message first. Follow any retry time or recovery instruction shown on your screen, and avoid repeated attempts while a temporary lock is active. Do not assume a fixed waiting period or that resetting your password immediately removes the lock.

If there is no recovery instruction, the displayed wait has passed, or the account is described as restricted rather than temporarily locked, contact support with the exact message. A sign-in lock is not the same as a rejected creator application or a pending account review.

Never send your password, one-time code, or reset link to Support.
