Loyalty Program Customer Performance
The upper section displays analytics and numerical data related to point usage and membership behavior.
Analytics
This section compares the average cart value, order distribution, and return purchase rate between signed up members and others.
To ensure data accuracy, this section is only displayed when certain conditions are met—such as a sufficient number of orders or specific store settings.

Active Users & Point Statistics
The lower data section is displayed for all stores and includes the following:
Active customers: The number of users who meet the active user criteria and are referenced for billing.
Active points: The total number of points currently available for use.
Redeemed points: The total amount of points that have been redeemed in the past.
Campaigns
If there are any ongoing or scheduled campaigns, they will be listed in this section.
Latest updates
A list of announcements related to easyPoints.
Includes updates such as feature releases, maintenance notices, and other important information.
