Internal Procedures

You can now create Internal Procedures to document information that should not be visible to customers, even when attached to external work orders.

What’s New:

  • A new “Internal Procedure” toggle is available when creating a procedure form.

  • When this toggle is enabled:

    • The procedure is marked as internal-only

    • It will not be visible to customers, even if attached to an external work order

  • Once a procedure is created as internal, it cannot be converted to external later (and vice versa).

Use Cases:

  • Record internal-only steps or information that is part of a work order but not meant for customer viewing

  • Maintain a clear separation between customer-facing and internal documentation

This feature gives users more control over the visibility of their procedural content while supporting transparency where appropriate.
