Improved PDF Formatting: Header Updates & Timezone Support

We’ve made improvements to the Work Order and Procedure PDF downloads to provide more complete context and accurate time formatting.

Key Improvements:

  • Updated header layout for a cleaner, more professional appearance

  • Browser-based timestamps are now used instead of a fixed time zone, so date and time values reflect the user’s local time

Work Order PDF Header Now Includes:

  • Connection

  • Connection Address

  • Connection ID

  • Asset

  • Asset Serial Number

  • Work Order Created (browser time)

  • Work Order ID

  • Scheduled Date and Time (browser time)

  • Reporter

  • Downloaded On (moved to the bottom of the PDF)

  • Work Order Description (supports line breaks as entered)

Procedure PDF Header Now Includes:

  • Connection

  • Connection Address

  • Connection ID

  • Asset

  • Asset ID

  • Work Order Title

  • Work Order Created (browser time)

  • Work Order ID

These changes help ensure PDF exports contain complete, relevant context and display times according to the viewer’s local timezone.
