3D Spare Parts Shop

We’re excited to introduce the 3D Spare Parts Shop, designed to streamline spare parts management through interactive 3D models.

What’s New:

  • Upload Support for 3D Files
Upload various open-source and CAD formats to bring your models into the platform.

  • Interact with 3D Models
Right-click any part within the model to create a Spare Part Work Order directly.

  • Available on OEM and Facility Web
The feature is fully accessible for both OEM and customer-facing portals.

Why It Matters:

  • Speeds up spare part identification and work order creation.

  • Offers an intuitive, visual workflow for parts management.

  • Supports broad 3D format compatibility.

Record a Note or Call to Machine History

Users can now log activity directly into a machine’s history, ensuring service records remain detailed and up to date.

Key Features:

  • Add Notes & Attachments
Log rich-text notes or upload files (for the current date only).

  • Edit/Delete Your Entries
Users can edit or remove their own entries.

  • Internal Visibility Only
Logged activities are not visible to facility web users.

Edit Work Order Title, Description & Delete WOs

Admins now have more control over managing work orders.

New Capabilities:

  • Edit Title & Description
Changes are logged in the activity history.

  • Delete Work Orders
Admins can delete WOs with an optional reason. Email notifications will be sent to relevant stakeholders, and a deletion entry will appear in the machine history.

Activity Logging (Add-on Feature)

A new paid feature that logs all actions across major modules for transparency and audit purposes.

Modules with Logging:

  • Work Orders

  • Assets (Lines, Machines, Components)

  • Facilities

  • Inventory

Each module now includes an Activity Log tab showing all recorded changes going forward.

Documentation for Production Lines, Components & Parts

We’ve expanded the documentation feature beyond machines.

Now Supported:

  • Production Lines

  • Components

  • Parts

OEMs can upload both internal and external documentation for each, helping centralise critical files across all levels of your asset hierarchy.
