Upload Support for 3D Files
Upload various open-source and CAD formats to bring your models into the platform.Interact with 3D Models
Right-click any part within the model to create a Spare Part Work Order directly.Available on OEM and Facility Web
The feature is fully accessible for both OEM and customer-facing portals.

Record a Note or Call to Machine History
Users can now log activity directly into a machine’s history, ensuring service records remain detailed and up to date.

Users can edit or remove their own entries.Internal Visibility Only
Logged activities are not visible to facility web users.
Edit Work Order Title, Description & Delete WOs
Admins now have more control over managing work orders.

Changes are logged in the activity history.Delete Work Orders
Admins can delete WOs with an optional reason. Email notifications will be sent to relevant stakeholders, and a deletion entry will appear in the machine history.
Activity Logging (Add-on Feature)
