This article explains how you can attach or delete the procedure instance on a work order.

You can attach Procedures to the work order in this section. Multiple procedures instances can be attached to a single work order. The same procedure instances can be attached multiple times to the same work order too.

Attach Procedure Instance to a Work Order

To attach a procedure instance to a work order, make sure there is at least one procedure template created in the Procedure Library.

Steps:

  1. Go to the work order that you wish to attach a procedure to and in the Procedure section click on “+ Attach procedure instance”.

  2. Select the procedure that you want to attach to the work order from the dropdown and click on the “Attach procedure instance” button.

  3. The attached procedure will be shown on the work order. Multiple procedure instances can be attached to one work order. You can also attach the same procedure instance multiple times to one work order.

Delete Procedure Instance from a Work Order

Steps:

  1. To delete a procedure instance on a work order, click on the three dots on the instance and select "Delete Procedure".

  2. Select "Yes, Delete" on the confirmation pop-up to delete the procedure instance. Only the instance will be deleted from the work order.
