You can attach procedure instances to a work order for your service engineers. The attached procedures will be readily available to your service engineers when they are onsite for the maintenance work.
Attach Procedure to Work Orders
To attach a procedure to a work order, make sure there is at least one procedure template created in the Procedure Library.
Steps:
Go to the work order that you wish to attach a procedure to and in the Procedure section click on “+ Attach procedure instance”.
Select the procedure that you want to attach to the work order from the dropdown and click on the “Attach procedure instance” button.
The attached procedure will be shown on the work order. Multiple procedures can be attached to one work order.
