Fill a Procedure Attached to a Work Order

This article will describe how your service engineers can fill and finalize the procedure

To fill the procedure attached to a work order, click on the procedure name or click on the three dots and select “Open”. Initially, the status of the attached procedure is “Not Started”.

The procedure fields can be filled by your team members and the progress can be saved by clicking the “Save as Draft”. All the filled fields will be saved and the status of the procedure will change to “Draft”. You can come back to the procedure later and continue the work.

Signatures on the Procedure

If the signature is required on the procedure, it will only be enabled when all the required fields are filled by the user.

When all the required fields are filled, the signature will be enabled.

Steps:

  1. On the signature, you need to select the date and add the name of the person signing it.

  2. Once one signature is added, the procedure will be locked and you cannot make any changes to the fields.

  3. To make changes, all the signatures have to be deleted which will unlock the procedure for editing. Once all the signatures are captured, the “Finalize Procedure” button will be enabled.

Finalizing Procedure

When the required fields or all the fields on the attached procedure are filled, the “Finalize Procedure” button will be enabled. Once the procedure is finalized, the status of the procedure changes to “Finalized”. The finalized procedure can no longer be modified. The PDF can be downloaded by clicking the download button.

The finalized procedure instance will also be shown in the machine history of the Machine for future reference. The finalized procedure is also shown to your customer in the machine history of the respective machine.
