How to Create Preventive Maintenance Work Order Events

NOTES: Preventive Maintenance events can only be created for the machines that are either assigned to a customer or to a production line that is assigned to a customer. If it is not assigned then the Preventive Maintenance tab will not be shown for the machine.

Steps:

  1. Navigate and open the Machine for which you want to create a preventive maintenance event.

  2. Go to the “Preventive Maintenance” tab and click on “Add Events”.

  3. Enter the essential details

    1. Event Name

    2. Start Date

      1. Notes: The Start date cannot be the current date or the next date on the calendar.

    3. Frequency

      1. Do Not Repeat: The event will trigger once only.

      2. Repeat: The event will trigger again after set intervals

    4. If the Frequency is “Repeat” then set the interval for the event triggers

      1. Set Repeat every “x” Day/Week/Month/Year

      2. Set Automatically Create Work Order “x” Day/Week/Month/Year Before Event

    5. Add a Description for the Event

    6. Click on “Create Event” to add a new preventive maintenance event work order event for the machine.
