  • Materio can now sync retainers and deposits to QuickBooks as a Current Liability rather than Negative A/R. Learn more or contact hello@materio.co for early access.

  • Materio now includes the address field when syncing vendors to QuickBooks.

  • Materio now includes the full vendor info text field (name, address, email) when syncing Purchase Orders and Bills to QuickBooks.

  • Materio now automatically includes the vendor's address on the PO when autodrafting Purchase Orders.

  • Added the ability to shift all markers on a page up or down or scale them up or down. This helps maintain accuracy when uploading new versions of plans where drawings have shifted position, eliminating the need to manually readjust each marker individually when plan revisions cause content shifts.

  • Pull lists upgraded with the ability to filter then select exactly which items to include, control what quantity (planned or ordered) to pull, custom titles, and control whether the item status is shown.

  • You can now introduce multi-component items on live projects

  • When a field note is posted, employees are now notified hourly (instead of only end of day in the Daily Briefing where it is often missed). You can now control the frequency of this notification and set it to either hourly or daily.

  • You can now exclude all non-billable time entries from your invoices with a single toggle, rather than unchecking them one-by-one.

  • Time entry dates now include the year in addition to the month and day, both in the in-app table view as well as the CSV export.

  • Timeline Skips Weekends Automatically. Now, when you update your timeline, any work phase can be given a specific duration in workdays and Materio will automatically exclude weekends. Work phases no longer can start on a weekend and if they are long enough to span a weekend, they will extend to preserve the desired number of workdays.

  • Done tasks are now hidden from the Timeline by default

  • Pause Timer. You can now pause the timer if you are interrupted in the middle of work and resume it without creating extra time entries that need to be merged.

  • Show Allowances on Lump Sum projects. There is a new checkbox to let clients see selection allowances even on lump-sum projects.

  • Change Orders only require one signature, instead of all signatures of all clients that were sent the order. This should make the approval process go faster.

  • "Force Finalize" button is available to push through any existing Change Orders where you only need one signature, or where you captured a signature offline (e.g. paper documents) and need to finalize the order in Materio.

  • You can now enable immediate email notifications for all comments (previously available only for comments that @mentioned you).

  • Tag codes (GL-01, PT-02) can be put on scope items. Tag codes are also exported in spreadsheets and printouts.
