Lead Source Report Overview

The Lead Source Report report will provide you with valuable insight into how each of your lead sources are performing. This in turn will allow you to track what marketing efforts are bringing in the best results and invest your resources more efficiently! It's also an excellent way to gain visibility into who your best performers are within each lead source.

To view your lead source report, select the drop down menu under Business Reporting and select Lead Source Report.

Filtering Your Report

You can quickly and easily select which lead source you'd like and the timeframe in which you'd like to run the report. With just a few clicks of your mouse, you can quickly have all the data you need!

Please note that you'll need to run your report each time you'd like to make a new selection.

Overview

On the Overview tab you'll see a snapshot of the number of leads, contacts, appointments, deals, and conversion percentage based on the lead source within the selected timeframe. You'll also have an insight into how each of these compare to the previous timeframe.

Deals

Number of Listed, Written, Pending, and Closed deals for the selected source and time frame.

Use the drop down to select buyers or sellers

Gross Commission

You'll have snapshot view of your gross commission, what the brokerage side earned and what the agent's were paid. This snapshot will also show you how you are doing compared to the previous timeframe.

Deal Details

Deal details breaks down your lead source performance by area and by agent.
