This article aims to guide you through a breakdown of your Appointments Report.

Appointments Snapshot

Appointments Created

  • Appointments Created

    • SUM of Appointments created in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE/AGENT/GROUP/LEAD TYPE created within the selected Timeframe

IMPORTANT NOTE: This pulls based on active leads assigned to agents. If an agent leaves the team, and reassigns an old appt set lead to a pond, these leads will not pull into numbers. Use Appointments Report to see all appts created regardless of agents assigned.

  • Appointments Held

    • SUM of Appointments held in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE/AGENT ON APPOINTMENT/GROUP/BUYER SELLER/LEAD TYPE/APPOINTMENT TYPE CREATED/SCHEDULED within the selected Timeframe.

  • Appointments Not Held

    • SUM of Appointments NOT held in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE/AGENT ON APPOINTMENT/GROUP/BUYER SELLER/LEAD TYPE/APPOINTMENT TYPE CREATED/SCHEDULED within the selected Timeframe.

  • Appointments with No Outcome

    • SUM of Appointments with NO OUTCOME in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE/AGENT ON APPOINTMENT/GROUP/BUYER SELLER/LEAD TYPE/APPOINTMENT TYPE CREATED/SCHEDULED within the selected Timeframe.

Appointments Scheduled

  • Appointments Scheduled

    • SUM of Appointments SCHEDULED in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE/AGENT/GROUP/LEAD TYPE within the selected Timeframe.

  • Appointments Held

    • SUM of Appointments held in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE/AGENT ON APPOINTMENT/GROUP/BUYER SELLER/LEAD TYPE/APPOINTMENT TYPE CREATED/SCHEDULED within the selected Timeframe.

  • Appointments Not Held

    • SUM of Appointments NOT held in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE/AGENT ON APPOINTMENT/GROUP/BUYER SELLER/LEAD TYPE/APPOINTMENT TYPE CREATED/SCHEDULED within the selected Timeframe.

  • Appointments with No Outcome

    • SUM of Appointments with NO OUTCOME in FUB for leads which are mapped to the selected SOURCE/AGENT ON APPOINTMENT/GROUP/BUYER SELLER/LEAD TYPE/APPOINTMENT TYPE CREATED/SCHEDULED within the selected Timeframe.

Appointment Overview

  • Agent(s) On Appointment

    • Agent(s) assigned in FUB.

  • Lead Name/ Link

    • Name of the lead in FUB.

  • Appt Created

    • Date from FUB that appt was created for corresponding lead.

  • Appt Time

    • Appt Set Date from FUB for corresponding lead.

  • Type

    • Appt Set "Type" from FUB for corresponding lead.

  • Outcome

    • Appt Set "Outcome" from FUB for corresponding lead.

  • Created By

    • This pulls the corresponding FUB User ID to track who created the appt in FUB.

  • Lead Source

    • SOURCE pulled from FUB for corresponding leads with appointment created.

  • Current FUB Stage

    • STAGE pulled from FUB for corresponding leads with appointment created.

  • Created By Type

    • This pulls the corresponding FUB User ID to track who created the appt in FUB, mapped to show "User Role" from preferences (ie. Agent/Staff).

NOTE: All of the above is narrowed down further depending on selected TIMEFRAME/SOURCE/AGENT ON APPOINTMENT/GROUP/BUYER SELLER/LEAD TYPE/APPOINTMENT TYPE/SET BY ROLE/SET BY USER
