During your setup call, two channels will be added to your Slack org:
(maverick-lead-handout-new-handout & maverick-lead-handout-unclaimed)

Below is a screenshot of the Handout channels as they appear to the user submitting the lead (Admin, ISA, or Operations Manager).

*Important*

  • When a lead is in the Unclaimed or New Lead Handout channel, the appointment details will not be displayed. In these cases, only the direct message sent to the agent will include the appointment date and time.

  • Agents should not be added to the Unclaimed or New Lead Handout channels. These channels are intended exclusively for Admins, ISAs, or Operations Managers who are responsible for submitting leads through the ProDispatch Form.

FOR AGENTS

Agents will receive notifications via the MaverickRE Slack app to Claim Lead or Ignore Lead. Once the first lead is sent to the agent, the MaverickRE Slack app shown below will populate.
