Question: Why does the ProDispatch message in Slack not displaying the Appointment Date and Time?
When the lead is in either the Unclaimed or New Lead Handout channel, the Appointment will not be displayed.
Only the message that is sent directly to the agent will show the date and time of the Appointment.
