ProDispatch Overview
The ProDispatch Router is a great way to ensure the right agents are getting the right lead handouts, at the right time!
Updating ProDispatch Router Areas/Price Points/Specialties
Before you are able to configure each agent you will need to set up the Areas, Price points, and Specialties for your account. You'll come back to the individual agent configurations once you've completed these options.
Editing Area Options
These should be areas your agents/team are representing. To add an Area on the list, select Edit Area Options, select Add New Area, select the Enter Value field and enter the data then select Submit. You can add as many areas as you think are necessary for your real estate business.
Editing Price Options
Price Point Options is the list of price points or price ranges that your agents are qualified to receive. To add a new price point on the list, select Edit Price Options, select Add New Price Tier, select the Enter Value field and enter the price point or range, then select Submit.
Editing Specialty Options
Specialty Options is the list of specialties that your team caters to. To add a Specialty on the list, select Edit Specialty Options, select Add New Specialty. In the Enter Value field, enter the specialty, then select Submit. For example, Commercial or Rental would be considered a specialty where only some agents may be qualified to take those leads.
Don't forget to save your changes!
Setting Up Individual Agent Configurations
To begin setting up each agent's lead router configurations you will locate their name in the Search Agent field.
Next you'll indicate the Target Lead Number of handouts you want your agents to receive per month.
In the Lead Eligible option you are indicating whether or not the corresponding agent is eligible to receive leads or not. This option should not be used to pause agents from handout distribution.
Next you'll indicate whether or not the agent is Paused or not. For example, if you have an agent that is going on vacation and opting not to take lead handouts during that time, you can pause them from lead handouts while they are away and unpause then once they are back.
Please note that agents also have the ability to pause and unpause themselves from receiving lead handouts by using the Slack commands /pause and /unpause.
In the Eligible for Buyers section you are indicating whether or not this agent is qualified for Buyer type leads.
In the Eligible for Sellers section you are indicating whether or not this agent is qualified for seller type leads.
Agent Areas, Price Points and Specialties
You can configure each of your agents individually to represent specific areas, price points, and specialties. This will tell MaverickRE's lead router which agents the lead handouts should be broadcast to in Slack.
Setting up your Areas
Select the area or areas that the agent serves.
Setting up your Price Points
Next, select the price point(s) that the agent is qualified to take.
