Do I invite my agents to my MaverickRE account?
No, you will not invite your agents to your MaverickRE account. This product is intended for Operation Managers, Team Leads, Owners and Admins.
Why are you exporting my data from Follow Up Boss?
Maverick gives you valuable insights into your current and past trends for leads, sources, and appointments. While we use webhooks to pull in new and updated data in real-time, the export feature is crucial for comparison purposes. Without it, we can't access past appointments, closed leads, or call/conversation history, as these don’t get updated later and therefore aren’t captured by our webhooks.
Why do you need my login credentials?
We request your credentials to ensure we're ready to assist you promptly if you need help or if an issue arises that requires troubleshooting. These credentials are collected via secure form and are never shared with anyone.

Who should I contact if I need to cancel my account?
Please reach out directly to your dedicated MaverickRE Client Success Manager to submit your cancellation request.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, the cancellation period is 90 days from the date that the cancellation request was received.
