It's not ideal, we know. We preferred to have done all of this automatically, but Belgian public transport companies are lagging a bit behind when it's about digitizing processes 🤷‍♀️

How to add Mbrella as your NMBS-SNCB Concierge

1. Send an email to business@b-rail.be to request them to activate the concierge in their back office with the following email template once they answered that it's ready you can proceed with step 2.

Hello,

We've decided to start using Mbrella to manage our train susbcriptions with the Third Party Payer on our account INSERT CONTRACT NUMBER + COMPANY NAME.
Could you please create their access on our account?

Can you let me know when it's done in order to inform Mbrella?

Regards

2. Log in to the NMBS-SNCB portal. The person who requested the third party agreement in the past should normally have access to this portal. If you don't find this back, then request a new agreement on Mbrella

3. Click on 'Users' and then 'Find user'

4. Check if our Mbrella Concierge person is correctly listed with the correct informations

5. Check if we correctly have the needed permissions

6. Go back to Mbrella and click on: Activate third-party payer agreement and follow the steps in the tutorial.

7. Send us a small message with the in-app chat to let us know that you've taken all the actions, so our team can check if we've received the accesses.

8. Well done! As of now, you no longer need to worry about your third-party agreement and subscription orders. Your Mbrella Concierge takes care of it all

At your service! 🛎️
