It's not ideal, we know. We preferred to have done all of this automatically, but Belgian public transport companies are lagging a bit behind when it's about digitizing processes 🤷‍♀️

💡 Haven't set up a third party agreement yet? Don't worry! Follow our step-by-step guide to setting up your first third party agreement.

Step 1: Gather contact information

  1. Find your contact person's email address in your third party agreement (article 5)

  2. Have your customer number ready

Step 2: Add Mbrella Concierge

  1. Send the following email to your De Lijn contact person:

Beste,

Alvast bedankt!
[YOUR NAME]

2. Your De Lijn contact person will update the information

3. You will receive confirmation when this is done

Step 3: Inform our team

  • Send a message via chat or to support@mbrella.eu

  • Mention that you have completed all steps

  • Our team will verify the received access

Step 4: Activation in Mbrella

  1. Go to the Mobility hub ⚙️

  2. Configure your offer:

    • Select the desired subscriptions

    • Add employees who are eligible for this mobility benefit
