💡If you haven't set up a third party agreement yet, don't worry! Follow our step-by-step guide to setting up your first third party agreement.
Step 1: Access the STIB-MIVB portal
Log in to the STIB-MIVB portal using your eID card reader
Access should be available to the person who initially requested the third party agreement
💡 If that person has left your company, request a new agreement through Mbrella
Step 2: Create Mbrella Concierge access
Navigate to Configuration > Create a user
2. Add the Mbrella Concierge with these exact details:
First name: Romain
Last name: Schuermans
ID card number: ❗Contact us support@mbrella.eu or via chat for this information ❗
Language: English
Email: publictransport@mbrella.eu
User type: manager
Step 3: Inform our team
Send a message via chat or to support@mbrella.eu
Mention that you have completed all steps
Our team will verify the received access
Step 4: Activation in Mbrella
Go to the Mobility hub ⚙️
Configure your offer:
Select the desired subscriptions
Add employees who are eligible for this mobility benefit
