Handling TEC subscriptions if my company already has a third party agreement

Add your Mbrella Concierge as your contact person on your TEC agreement

It's not ideal, we know. We preferred to have done all of this automatically, but Belgian public transport companies are lagging a bit behind when it comes to digitizing processes 🤷‍♀️

💡If you haven't set up a third party agreement yet, don't worry! Follow our step-by-step guide to setting up your first third party agreement.

Step 1: Locate your contact information

  1. Find your contact person's email address:

    • Check your third party agreement documentation, OR

    • Contact TEC at busness@letec.be

  2. Have your customer number ready (found in your agreement)

Step 2: Request Mbrella Concierge access

  1. Send the following email to your TEC contact person:

Bonjour,

Je laisse la gestion de mon accord de tiers payant au nom de [VOTRE NOM DE SOCIÉTÉ] (numéro de client [VOTRE NUMÉRO DE CLIENT - mentionné sur votre accord]) à une autre personne :
- Amy Peeters
- Mbrella Concierge
- 0471 66 34 34
- publictransport@mbrella.eu

2. Your TEC contact person will change the details

Step 3: Inform our team

  • Send a message via chat or to support@mbrella.eu

  • Mention that you have completed all steps

  • Our team will verify the received access

Step 4: Activation in Mbrella

  1. Go to the Mobility hub ⚙️

  2. Configure your offer:

    • Select the desired subscriptions

    • Add employees who are eligible for this mobility benefit
