It's not ideal, we know. We preferred to have done all of this automatically, but Belgian public transport companies are lagging a bit behind when it's about digitizing processes 🤷‍♀️

💡If you haven't set up a third party agreement yet, don't worry! Follow our step-by-step guide to setting up your first third party agreement.

Step 1: Request Mbrella Concierge activation

  1. Send an email to business@b-rail.be with the following template below. This is to activate Mbrella as concierge in your account.

Hello,

We've decided to start using Mbrella to manage our train subscriptions with the Third Party Payer on our account //INSERT CONTRACT NUMBER// + //COMPANY NAME//.

Could you please create their access on our account?

Can you let me know when it's done in order to inform Mbrella?

Regards

Step 2: Verify Mbrella Concierge access

1. Log in to the NMBS-SNCB portal. The person who requested the third party agreement in the past should normally have access to this portal. If you don't find this back, then request a new agreement on Mbrella

2. Click on 'Users' and then 'Find user'

3. Check if our Mbrella Concierge person is correctly listed with the correct informations

4. Check if we correctly have the needed permissions

Step 3: Inform our team

  • Send a message via chat or to support@mbrella.eu

  • Mention that you have completed all steps

  • Our team will verify the received access

Step 4: Activation in Mbrella

  1. Go to the Mobility hub ⚙️

  2. Configure your offer:

    • Select the desired subscriptions

    • Add employees who are eligible for this mobility benefit
