You can terminate your current subscription and re-order a new one at any time. You can plan your end date in the (near) future and order a new subscription. The status of the De Lijn benefit will switch to "Pending deactivation". Mbrella will change the status to inactive as soon as we can, allowing you to order a new subscription.
Follow the steps in this video:
14 days before the end of your subscription, you will see a button appearing "Renew your subscription". If you do not see this button, terminate your subscription and order a new one.
