👨🏻‍💼 🧑🏽‍💼 Example: I took a 12 month STIB subscription in March, valid until March 2025. However, my situation changed (I moved, I’m leaving the company...) and I won’t use it anymore after May 1st. I decide to terminate my subscription before its actual end date.

Follow this step-by-step guide or have a look at the gif below

  1. Go to “Mobility Hub” in the menu on the left

  2. Click on the active subscription (STIB, SNCB, De Lijn, TEC) that you want to terminate

  3. Click the three dots in the bottom right corner

  4. Click “Terminate

5. Select the date you want the subscription to end. This can be the date of today or a date in the future. Your subscription will remain valid until that date.

6. Click “Terminate

The status of your subscription will now be “Pending deactivation”. It will be deactivated within two working days by the Mbrella support team. Once it’s deactivated, you can order a new subscription if needed.

💡 You can terminate your subscription on the current date or you can plan it ahead. E.g.: I want to end my subscription in two months, so I will select the subscription end date in two months in Mbrella now.
